- To access your Fastsite dashboard, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Access Granted."
- Once you’ve created a password, visit GoFasturtle.com to log into your website using your email address and password.
Occasionally, emails may get filtered into your spam or junk folders. If you're having trouble locating these emails, you can check your spam or junk folders by following these steps.
How to find your Gmail Spam folder
- Open Gmail in any browser on your Mac or PC.
- On a mobile device, select the icon of three lines in the top-left corner to open the main menu. Scroll down, if needed, and tap Spam.
- On a desktop device, in the left sidebar you'll see all your folders, including your general Inbox. Scroll down, if needed, and select More.
- Click on the Spam folder. This will be labeled with an exclamation point icon set inside an octagon.
- Any messages currently marked as spam will appear in this folder. These will automatically delete after 30 days. Select the desired messages and mark as "not spam."
How to find your Outlook Junk folder
- Open your Outlook account or app.
- In the Folders tab on the left, click Junk Email.
- Any messages currently marked as spam will appear in this folder. Select the desired messages and mark as "not junk."
